Turned by Hand, Built to Last

Every Turning Tree pepper mill begins as a single block of hardwood, air-dried for three years and selected for its grain character and structural integrity. On the lathe, the wood reveals itself — each pass of the gouge exposes decades of growth rings, figured patterns, and the unique personality that no two trees share.
The internal mechanism uses Danish-engineered CrushGrind ceramic burrs that feature a 25-year guarantee,
ensuring they will never corrode and will maintain their edge for the life of the mill.
Grind adjustment is infinitely variable, from powdery fine to robust coarse.
